あけましておめでとうございます。9月12日、エリトリアでは新年を迎えました。
伝統的な暦も息づくエリトリアでは、本日は2004年メスケレム1日にあたり、今日か
ら新しい一年が始まります。

”あなたにより緑の多き年を！”という意味で、新しい一年が雨と緑に満ちた年にな
るようにとの祝福が込められています。
